Product Manager – Growth at Zenklub, Brazil

Zenklub is an online platform for therapy. There I had the opportunity of being the team lead of a team formed by engineers, designers and data analysts based around europe. The team focus was on B2B and B2C customer activation on therapy session purchase, including the ideation and development membership programs and member get to member strategies aiming to achieve better results.

Product Analyst – Activation at Nexoos, Brazil

Nexoos is an online s a platform that connects lending companies with investors, operating on the peer-to-peer lending model. I had ownership of discovery initiatives, user research and developed strategies to increase our activation rates.

Business Analyst at Americanas Delivery, Brazil

Americanas is a fast-growing delivery player with food at the business core, it delivers anything at anytime around Brazil. There I had experiences with business management and marketing.

As an account manager I was responsible for 3 cities in São Paulo, increasing our partner’s revenue, setting up marketing campaigns and helping them to achieve better results in our platform.

As a marketing analyst I coordinated our rebranding project, changing all of our online and offline communications in order to increase our brand image and awareness.
